Yep I know. I was not suggesting insider trading at all! However it is my experience that sometimes directors need cash and sell parcels of shares. "I need the cash" is a good enough reason to sell shares. And yes we get the notices when that happens. So again I am saying that the directors holding a small chunk is fine with me. Kogan is a good example of what I am talking about with people holding large chunks and selling off for cash frequently.
