For those concerned, lawsuits and legal proceedings
in these situations are low probability for the reason that the time, energy and financial effort often does not justify the returns (damages) involved. Also, legal action creates uncertainty for both parties and hence REDUCES shareholders'value.
Most likely, the commercial decision will be "just get to on" with focusing on the business at hand, in this case for NXS to build revenue and add value!
Just my personal opinion...
