The army are going to try and hang on to some sort of over riding authority control. These two things are incompatible. More fighting to come. The military will have to pull back or they will have to spill blood on a Syrian scale.

In these circumstances there is no way GIP are going to get debt funding for Abbu dabbab.The potential funders have demanded that the economics of the small scale tin project be proved. 6-9 months. This may well coincide with a conclusion to the political turmoil. More waiting and crossed fingers I am afraid.
