    To answer your question rather simplistically, the reason there is no investor interest in LCY is TIMING. That is, the time it will take for any of the companies prospects (most particularly Mt Bevan) to hit the market.

    By way of example, JMS (adjoining neighbour to the south of Mt Bevan) are much further advanced on their haematite & magnetite discoveries and will hit the market by 2014 at best. There is a long lead time to prove up such discoveries into productive mines.

    LCY will almost certainly miss the current resource boom and have to rely on another wave of growth from China/ India in a few years time. That is a risk most sensible investors are not willing to take at this point in time, especially when there are so m any other good stories in this sector that don't carry the same time risks - FMG, JMS & GRR to name a few.

    You need to be very patient and very optimistic to continue to hold LCY at this point in time - IMO.
