I am a long term holder and have lost so much money holding PRR I cannot afford to participate in the SPP even if I wanted to.
I am not trying to convince anyone to do anything but I believe the company has timed this raising very poorly and today's announcement gives the shorters the confidence to push the stock way below 10 cents.
I retain my holding for the long term which is all I can do now.
