Don't underestimate the power of the manipulators. This is what the Board and Management have to contend with - at this stage.
However, they need the money for an important and specific purpose and they need to make sure that they get it. In the scheme of things the money that they are after at this point is very small - even if the SPP share price ends up being much lower than 10 cents.
Even today the sales were miniscule. Holders are holding to their shares.
By the way there were 72 trades today and approx half of them were individual trades of less than 600 shares. Don't estimate the power of those manipulators!!!
