I must say and someone here has already mentioned, why do the CR now? what is the rush? is it to start other trials because it has proven ineffective on OC? why not wait until the results of the Phase IIB trials in November and if effective there will be substantial interest from the investment and pharma community?
Are they doing the CR now as they know that the SP will tank after the news and raising cash will be a lot harder for new trials.
Someone always knows something, there is always a leak and perhaps the relentless selling is an insto jumping ship cutting their losses from joining the 28c CR.
God knows but the board better had better pull a rabbit out of their hat soon.
