Agree with you the CR timing and changing of price should be handle a little much better.
I am surprise that PRR share price is so well supported. Regardless what other non holders wish, I just cannot see the 6c level.
They may be able to drive down to 7.5c, and the CR end up at at 7c after the 5% discount may be. There is very little chance those non holders can buy in at 7c let alone 6c. Well they can wish can't they:).
I was a registered shareholder on 28 Mar, and will consider to take on my full entitlement when the time comes in May. Good luck
