Today's announcement confirms to me they have no institutional support for the stock at all. It also confirms they will do whatever they can to get the funding buffer they need. Buy and hold has proven to be a wasted effort for shareholders who funded the company with the last two raisings.
Turnbull's letter to shareholders mentioned their great management team and didn't even mention Neil Frazer which was pathetic.
The 10 cent issue price was like a line in the sand support level and today management have instantly washed it away.
