Another interesting thought to throw into the bucket around valuation...
WIP (in essence, inventory) + cash/cash equivalents almost sits at the same level as the current market cap, with recent WIP write down included. Debt/cash-flow concerns aside, this may provide a fair margin of safety.
Interesting though @accaeric - you mentioned that gearing is at 23% (as per recent ann). This is a considerable increase from FY2015 gearing of 12%. What has changed here? I would assume a reasonable increase in overall debt position to warrant the increase. The next question would be, what has this additional debt been brought on for?
