I am now wondering what one should do in regards getting some...

I am now wondering what one should do in regards getting some common sense into this situation.
Two Directors out of the Five have over 25% of the companies shares so it would be difficult to make changes as a minority shareholder.

The same two directors are being paid base fees of @ $500k between them PLUS @$1650 per day when they are actually on the job. (which seems incredulous to me)

The company has @$550k in the bank and things are looking bleak

If there are any corporate types out there that have any comment , I would be glad to hear it.

It feels like the 80's all over again , surely they have to held to account and explain what exactly are the true prospects of the company , all I can see is cut and paste reports going back 2 + yrs.

All minority shareholders are due an open and honest company update, PLEASE.
