They will be in production in May. First year production 115,00 ounces. Debt facility in place at a very good rate hence the long and difficult negotiation period last year. Mine life at Dalgaranga, 6 years. End of 2019 Glenburg on stream at another 100,000 ounces per annum.
I'm not a geologist but at some point investors need to trust the experts running the company. They have a 75,000 m drill programme and they are not throwing darts. They will have well defined targets. So expect mine life to increase.
Management and board are seasoned, hard and determined. The CEO knows that the business /operating side of the company is the most important aspect. The downside risk in this stock is negligible.
