bank probably will still expect to get a better outcome by keeping the business ticking over as there are very little assets they could liquidise for decent money. due to this my prediction is that this business will carry on in a zombie state for a bit longer yet.

interested to see if the investigations launched by ASIC etc lead anywhere as in my opinion there has clearly been some underhand tactics at play in helping this group come crashing down so quickly. if it goes into administration it might give holders a better chance of finding out exactly what happened here.
