Today the XJO closed lower, at least partly in sympathy with losses overseas last Friday night.
Volume was quite low, even for a Monday, so selling pressure was fairly modest overall.
The losses today were caused as much by a lack of demand in the market, as fresh supply being drawn out.
The close today was adjacent to the previous two bars lows, despite trading below it, which was a sign of resilience, and a reluctance to move lower.
If however price was to break and close clearly below ~5700, it may be an early sign the market could be about to change trend.
