The XJO closed lower on Monday, in some form of consolidation mode.  
Spread was narrow (again), and volume was low - the lowest for many weeks, so no selling pressure emerged.
Price traded inside the range of the three previous bars.   The price action was very conservative and uneventful.
This was likely the market 'marking time' and looking for confirmation on direction - waiting for overseas markets to trade.
