Had to request a lost dividend cheque, which is going cost me $20. Fair enough, but the only way to do it is to pay $20 up front by cheque or Money order.
No bpay, or credit card ?
I hope the rest of their services are bit more efficient.
Come to think it, I changed payment details on line for about 6 shares, and I received 6 separate letters, all on the same day.
