After such a recent experience, after something I've just learnt the hard way, I have to do this one last post, I have to put this out there and it comes on the back of panic selling.
DONT DO IT
I got caught up in a few negatives, saw the SP go down a few pips and I lost control.
The fear that made me sell out so cheaply is nowhere near as confronting as the fear of not being invested, I'm now in a situation of being more fearful of missing out on the company changing announcements that are about to unfold. -my stomach has been sickly churning with regret- A lot of shareholders here have stuck it out through the good and bad we just need to support each a little longer, as I believe ANP is about to go through what just may be the best outcome ever for this company - this is not the time to get scared but a time for excitement. We have to think and act positive, this is what we have all been waiting for.
I know in the past few weeks frustration was shown about the lack of PR/marketing undertaken by the firm. If you take a different perspective to this and focus on 3 key points-
1) If ANP consistently belted out reports and did excessive marketing there would be a significant increase in quarterly expenditure - something no SH would be happy about. ANP have developed a unique trust and bond with current SH's as they have effectively been able to demonstrate proper use of SH's funds, frankly something a lot of Co's don't care about.
2) Increased expectations, this could've resulted in significant volatility, something that may have affected the SP value even greater.
3) We have to realise we already have prof trainer highly endorsing ATL1103. What you need to ask yourself? You have potentially the worlds most highest skilled specialist in the field of acromegaly supporting your name, who else is there worth getting?
We are fearing a lack of news at the moment, definitely I did. But is this a negative? I did think this for a moment, but then very quickly realised as ANP stated they are a very small firm, if they are in late stages of contract negotiations they probably don't have enough resources to give the market step by step updates. There is very much a strong possibility that as we speak the final stages are being prepared in the contracts... Is the next announcement the one that every single person that has followed ANP, is this the one they have been waiting for? is this the most anticipated announcement yet? Maybe.
Now I wouldn't blame our management for not delivering just yet, they are only a small crew and their focus has always been developing the product. All their hard work will finally be seen in a monetary value once they get their partners. Perhaps they aren't worried about campaigning, is their any belief that our product is good enough to sell itself? Definitely. After 10 long years we are finally in a position to only now see the real value of everything ANP has ever worked for. Exciting? Hell yeah.
Anp & the SH's have done the hard work to get to this stage, don't miss the opportunity that has been presented. Although not currently holding I've been a holder for many years, I've supported ANP almost as good as I could have, had moments were I got frustrated and upset but it's the sanity you get from the quality posters on HC that you need to surround yourself with to get you through tough times.
If you start getting anxious hit up SAM, KPKG, Kev, leverage, itsa and they will set you straight. Never hit the sell trigger in a panic, fearful, stressful state & run around with your head cut off, you will do yourself no favours and end up with nothing but regret & fear.
Trust me you don't want to be sitting next to me on the grass moments before the lobster comes!
I hope to be a holder "again" within the week, hopefully I can get back in before anything happens.
FYI If you look through the history of my posts on other stocks you will quickly learn I'm only about finding great opportunities and discussing these findings with fellow posters, I'm not a troll, not a trader, not a ramp up or down, I just like finding awesome stocks. I'm incredibly passionate/emotional about anp as I regard it as the best stock I've ever come across but in the same hand hasn't delivered anything for a long time, it starts to play with your health lol.
