the director has sold NO shares of his own .... he still has the same amount of shares (500,000) AFTER the sale.

So it must be from the “Indirect Holdings” which are the parent companies of which he is a director:

Gujarat NRE Pty Ltd holding 170,000,000 shares & 100,000,000 options ... OR
Gujarat NRE Coke Limited holding 6,880,000 shares and 9,000,000 options

As I have posted, they need to increase the amount of shareholders on the books to get set for the cap/raising, hence the sale of parcels form Monday to Thursday.
