To me this is not a dog. Was a few years back but luckily I've missed the last two drops and have started trading it again. Big leg ups from the recent low and, until two days ago, good intraday trading.
Also, immune from the dollar?! I cannot think of a reason that they will suffer directly from the higher dollar.
