I would suspect they are very good buy's at these prices There are only 120 million share available.
The onshore wells although news is sketchy I gathered that if any drill was unsuccessful they would not drill the next? Not sure of time frame for all three drills only that the first drill started on November the 4th so do not know if even the first well is finnished? although the cost that was mentioned did not indicate/suggest it would be a long time? Usually one can gauge the time expected by the cost of venture
