Can they just keep appealing? do they have to put forward a good reason apart from it not going their way?

We were just making some progress and these obstructive A**holes just keep setting us back.
I would like to see what they have to say about the SE downsizing and how it has affected them up there in Wellington, bet they're happy to still have jobs. I guess there will always be a demand for people with nothing better to do but complain about stuff that has no "real" and immediate impact on them.

Global warming will and is affecting us all, i'm not saying we shouldn't try to get things back on track but this really isn't how we should be going about it.
