"Reaming is usually when the the hole is gone off the true vertical and this is done to take it back on course and the second change was probally to fit a mud motor which is the prefered way to drill in softer rock formations and is a faster drilling method. To carry out these operations they have to remove the drill string on two occasions and its over 3 miles long its easy understand why they only drilled few hundred ft last 7 days if my friend is right in his beliefs and all this stacks up and they were drilling up to 20 ft per hour earlier the mud motor should achive at least that they were predicting the sandstone and shale formations at about 17000 ft we are now past 18245 ft they could be on the target at any hour from now and Eme could be informed at the start of the day shift to day Texas time which is between 2pm and 3pm our time keep a close eye on the announcements to day it could be gas. all in my opinion dyor."
