Have been reviewing properties Australand owns and must say they are reeaping huge gains on property revaluations.

One of the most notable properties that have outperformed include Dandenong,35-39 south Park Drive purchased for $13.5 million in 2003 now worth $26.5 mill.

Freshwater Place purchased for $139 mill in Oct 05 now worth $167 mill.

Shettleson Street Rocklea QLD purchased for $10.575 mill in Oct 03, now worth $17.7 mill and the list goes on and on!!
