mighty, I do not recall all the details from my conversation with david zuckerman but I distinctly recall being told the main reason for surrendering the license was the expenditure commitment required to retain it. I may have overstated the number David told me by quoting $1m+, it was more likely hundreds of thousands of dollars in year one. as for why that does not line up with the license terms I can only speculate....
