I agree and I see a clear conflict of interest there. Having said that it would have not been easy for them whichever decision they took. If they sold them, they could be accused of selling them cheaply or the other side could accuse them of overpaying to fund Namibia. Anyway, management has not proven themselves, as a shareholder value creating and this is part of the risk here. I invest here because I think once exploration starts value will be apparent.
