    Stop posting & bring this to a head. Call for an EGM to replace the board. If you do not have enough SHer support to do this, then post an email address whereby other SHers can contact you to join your application for an EGM.
    This way you will find out whether you have the numbers or not.

    Shareholders who wish to pledge their support to oust the Board of JRV, or to discuss the matter, should either email Richard Karn, the MD of SDI at

    or telephone him directly at 0403782883.

    My understanding is that SDI is in the process of conducting another mailing to JRV shareholders to gain more support to oust the Board of JRV.

    Last I heard, SDI had the support of nearly 27 m shares of JRV.
