I feel that the drop in share price in REX is the general malaise felt by many, many explorers going through the transition to becoming producers.

Whilst the rise in the sharemarket is encouraging, i feel that it is a bit of a false dawn as the rise can be attributed to the "major" companies, in particular banking stocks and the larger mining and to a lesser degree larger manufacturing stocks.

A lot of money has been moved from bonds to higher yield shares.

The companies that are looking for large lumps of money to get their projects up and running are still suffering the negative sentiment that has been part and parcel of the share market since 08.

There are still alot of question marks over the market in general. Europe is still a long, long way from any sort of recovery, USA still has to sort out its' debt problem and we still have a useless government that is quite likely to do something really stupid with the mining tax.

I don't hold REX but am keeping a keen eye out for any signicant movement. I don't short either.
