As a credible public listed company there are no excuses for being late with any regulatory requirements. It’s just like paying tax you don't want to but you have to. This shows Ron’s attitude to authority as with his attitude to share holders. It will be interesting to see his excuse other than the report is damaging for the company, and he is buying time until the extraordinary election.
