Wrong yet again. Auditor unavailable and a local public holiday. Looks like they'll have been off the air for a day or two - hardly squaring with the conspiracy theory you're peddling.

If anything, the management have for years consistently been punctilious in their compliance, always crossing the Ts, dotting the Is. That's why I was surprised they missed the Friday deadline along with 15 or so other small listed co's and I noted it here.
