    It actually achieves a hell of a lot - not necessarily good though


    Regardless of whether one is right wrong or otherwise about emotional issues - when discussed on social media - it’s a barometer of what many think


    Political parties pick that up and make policies to suit the match - to gain or maintain power

    often whether those policies are good or bad is irrelevant and overlooked- the pursuit is power and government.



    it’s absolutely one of the biggest reasons why we have the governments that we have


    I have many times commented that we are now closer to true democracy than ever - because the rabble is being heard and their thoughts are being turned into law


    The question really should be


    How’s it working out for us?
