    I am of the same opinion. I didnt have time to comment on it when I found this site. No one in the right mind would allow the operation of the mines to contaminate the area again after they have just cleaned it up. I am sure the opening of these mines if found viable would be in accordance to environmental standards in that country. Montenegro is pictureques.
