Down ramping is when one has no facts to support.....Well there are plenty of facts to digest in my posts.
Notably KB's silly offtake agreement notice (no named counterparty, more equity issuance at a discount you cant buy (well not yet), negligible cash up front, no players of repute...boring to continue but his equity issuance to anyone that wants in 20% lower and implies hell just keep doing it gets me...
and you cry at me. Well the SPP could have funded more and so could debt holders.
Gee some people here need to email KB and management with your disgruntlements.
At least I am not short. I should be I knew it was going lower at 71c.
The First ever OA was simply not good enough and if you delve deeper .i could even say it is a dud v expectations and exhibits PLS needs some deeper management around KB, and importantly that the next OA has to be ALOT better.
