Your opinion of the BOA is your opinion which you are entitled to but your criticism of KB is unwarranted when you or anyone here doesn't know all of the background facts.
Have you considered for one the timing of the BOA? The timetable was for the DFS to come out first but this BOA did instead.
IMO, it's more to do with the downstream processing. This could be a part of a much bigger strategic move by PLS. Have you given that any thought?
