I'm not sure you are looking at the reasons for the FBR share price correctly.
They have 2 machines. One being upgraded, and one being used for testing with WB blocks or whatever other blocks are their current favourite flavour. (is that line still correct?? I don't keep as up to date on the anns like I used to)
Anyway FBR have 2 machines. That is not much ability to generate revenue, zero ability to generate profit, zero ability to avoid more CRs.
This is why the share price is the way it is.
Separate questions are do builders want to use the HX, and how much bespoke work is required by humans to bring the walls up to code.
The mileage is going to vary, by building, by builder, by location, by country, and with only 2 machines there isn't much capacity to deliver WaaS at the scale needed to lift the share price in any meaningful way, even if builders were interested.
FBR is 6 years since the IPO. Still just bubbling along. How is the biggest question of all.
