First of all, there are surplus roof tiles sitting in the Springvale yard at CSR and the Boral yard at Dingley, they are both looking for another yard to store stock actually, silly amounts of stock in S.A at the factory that own the rights/moulds to Alice.

Concrete shortage? Give us a break, never has been, never will be.
Bricks? Really? Clay is abundant, relax, plenty of wire cut and solids around.
Timber is a problem at the moment, I’ll give you that, real problem actually, only repeat customers are getting priority.
