Reason for FBR following still, page-209

Seems like they will need all 4 production standard hadrians 2×109+ and 2 × 110.

• FBR have proved the technology in 2020.
• Doubt WB would send 12000 blocks if they were not confident with the porotherm development and testing last 2 years albeit with hadrian 108 and 109.Cant see then sending 12000 blocks to see if they are any good.
• Similarly xella , hebel made under licence in australia, think CSR , hence , you would think hadrian would have test handled some local blocks before the FBR and Xella agreement.

That leaves a lot of business to do with production hadrians

• UAE expo
• Xella pilot and local builds
• Mexico and US
• WB in europe

With 5 blocks , would be great if they built a monolithic porotherm construction .
