Mate I may not be a builder but I've been in the industry a while . I watched every stage of the Dayton build and I can tell you you are wrong , if Pivac can get contracts here to start off it'll be very successful there is no addenda I've seen it in action you can't even admit there are cost savings to just about everything from first brick laid to last brick laid it took them 3 day the other homes around me took 4 weeks to 3 months what are you talking about ? you must have numbers to back your theory that you keep shrugging off .
