"Is it possible that this has nothing to do with the EMA, and they have approval to start selling in another region/country?"

I had a quick look at that alphadog and going by the recent investor presentation there does not appear to have been any concrete move made in another country at this stage. It looks like they are getting keyed up for the US but that will take forever and include trials. I would have thought that if they had made an application in another country they would released that info to the market.
