1. China is allover Africa now. It is their strategic plan to get all of the African countries on their side for every aspect by investing in every things.

2. China needs high grade IO to reduce pollution that is why 40% discount on low grade IO. They even shut down all of their low grade mines.

3. These two Chinese companies are credible and experience enough to make this project.

4. These two companies are buying this project so they will have their own skin on the game.
