Who is buying and why is the bigger question to me if the Chinese get it for nothing which is becoming a likely possibility.

The volumes say something could be up outside of Porter's Christmas present spurge.

I just don't understand why some of the bigger IO producers make a play as its peanuts to them to increase the quality if their blend or is it due to the Chinese and other large stakeholders blocking such a possibility to get the scraps?
