Hi EK I would say in my opinion the Directors would be looking at putting some sort of deal or project into the company as it has a substantial amount of cash at present. Maybe this might be happening in the short term and thus the reason for the spike in the share price?
Time will tell if there is any truth in my comments but what do I know!!! DYOR
