If the director wanted the price up he will give a dividend. That will shoot it right up. However that will not help his cause. If you want to make a take over you smash the share price give all holders no hope then come out with a ridiculous offer and every share holder thinks your a saviour. It's all games and my sign is the CEO is part of the scam. If he really wanted the price up he would issue a 1c divi I.e. 5 mill out of the 32 mill cash and the price will double overnight.
Games are being played on this stock. It's so clear in the way the seller has it held. Why would anyone sell a company with 32 mill cash at a market cap of 12 mill? Answer that for me? My theory is manipulation to scare the holders into selling.
