If the director is not currpt he will offer a dividend and prove me wrong. Why not we have no debt we have 32 mIll cash. A 5 mill divi will equate to 1c payout. We still have 27 mill in the bank.
But he won't as he wants the company cheap. He knows if he offers a dividend there goes the cheap take over. This is called bleeding out holders in order to take the company over cheap.
