That is an interesting choice of words: "the SBB board". I guess you think this company is run by the board. Further to that you believe what the board has said. Even more it appears that you think it will happen soon. Perhaps there was a plan and their money has been made, but so far the money has not been made here.
What do you think of the performance of the board? Have they done what they said they would do in the past?
