I suspect there's more to it - ASI have been publishing research notes like this for a while.
The whole Biotech area is stirring. For the last few years investors have been looking in the other direction whilst many biotechs have been quietly getting the job done - TIS included.
Having made that point - there may be some TIS specific good news imminent. Could even be someone taking an interest in TIS technology for the culture of vaccines - a topical issue in the context of the swineflu vaccine schmozzle with poor yields from egg culture...
