While the fall is hard to take, you'd be a fool to think there wouldn't be scrutiny coming APT's way. Lobby groups would have made sure of this. Disruptors are usually prepared for this.
Depending on the terms of reference, any regulation actually raises the barriers to entry and actually legitimises APT's business model.
