My thought is the real challenge is getting a developer or large builder to take the time and commit to changing their design, details, and engineering to produce plans and specs which include the FBR mortarless system. Heights, reinforcement, details would be impacted. The demo builds served there purpose for sure. They passed tests and were approved. But that doesn't mean you click your fingers and can buy a machine and install this system just because. Each development or single building needs to submit the change from what is drawn. Whereas the real end-game is to have a Pulte or similar agree to the pitch, approve the change across the board on one or two developments and THEN start using FBR. There are many reasons to be impatient and frustrated about FBR delays. But, investors should understand that it isn't simply a "it's been approved in Florida..so start using it". Hopefully, the company stays upright long enough for one of those big developers to sign on. Next few months should be interesting.
