That is exactly why I said that FBR initially should engage a builder and build its own houses for sale.
If you want to sell a franchise you need to have a business already operating so that the prospective franchisee can have confidence and see exactly how it works.
Also, if FBR puts up half the development cost for the builds it is easy to get the other half from banks if you sell the houses off the plan.
But now, f.k it, we have mo money.
