    In the last 3 months I estimate about 1.9 BILLION shares have "churned" over ,with no "increase in substantial holder" notice,share price up from .08 to .20.Perhapes the aim of the exercise is to increase the price so that the JV partner is going to get less shares for their dollars invested.
