Have you ever worked in IT? Doesn't seem like it. Atlassian - which really is the flagship Jira which all their other software is based around - is used by almost every software company and their development teams in the world. So the people who build all the software think it's the best tool out there. It has a more stable business model than most other Aussie software companies including the other unicorn which is Canva. You clearly don't know what you're talking about and lost all credibility. Please never invest in software for your own sake.
